I brought in my jeep for service and a 50,000 mile check-up. I'd completed all other service, and the car ran well. In spite of having an appointment and dropping off the car the night before, I didn't get a call back saying what needed to be done until nearly 4 pm in spite of me calling to talk to them four times earlier in the day. Needless to say, my car was not fixed that day.
It was finished the next day, but the bill was over $2000. Beware, they are VERY expensive, and I think they must have fixed things that were not broken.
