So we moved here about two years ago. At first things were fine, but as time went on it got worse. It was 670 per month including cable, internet, and water for the first year. The cable sucks, the channels are so lame and the internet is so slow. We ended up just getting Time Warner. The drainage in the showers and sinks are horrible, it takes forever for the water to drain out. Also, you can't even take a bath because the stopper doesn't even do anything. No matter what the water just drains and drains very slowly! The 2nd year they raised the rent to 724 per month and now they are raising it to 765 per month PLUS making you pay for water (they always have water issues here and its because they don't fix it right the first time). For about 10 days in the unit that we lived in, we couldn't use the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and laundry because there was a pipe that broke mind you it had broke before and they half-assed the fix job. They also told us to wash our dishes in the bathtub which is just disgusting to me! If you live on the bottom floor, be prepared to deal with mice, mold, and water getting into your place. Thank God we lived on the 2nd floor. Anyways, don't move here. It's not worth it, and at first you might think its nice but as you continue to live here it just goes down hill.
