The service of South Garden has been steadily declining since the change of management about 5 years ago. We had the dirty dishes cart beside us in the walkway at the front of the restaurant with no one clearing up the dirty serving dishes piling up on our table. We had to ask repeatedly for napkins (which never came), water (my son drank all the water at the table and we asked 3 times each before the server decided to bring water). We asked for Jasmine tea, they gave us oolong and when i asked for Jasmine they argued that we already had. After all of that the server told us that we didn't give enough TIP (To Insure Prompt Service). The food is good but unless you take out I don't think this restaurant is worth it any more. :(
