When we moved out from Acco management apartment after 6 months of stay, they sent us a bill for over $1000 and sent letter to pay after keeping the $650 deposit for bogus charges and bogus bills. We took very good care of the apartment and left it very clean and nice. But these crooks and criminals at Acco management charged us for carpet cleaning, blinds clenaing, bathtub repair for no damage, new linoleum in kitchen when there were no holes or damage, small painting hole in the wall and furniture markings on walls which are all considered normal wear and tear..
