My daughter in law bought a new car at bobby Layman. Almost a week and a half later they told her that the financing didn't go through and she had to return the car, which she did. She asked for her down payment back, and they refused to give it to her, they said they were keeping it for the ""milage"" she used! They insist that that is in the paper work she signed, however they have failed to produce said paper. The salesman, did everything to get her into a new car, when she actually wanted to buy a used car, then when they claim the financing fell through, they treated her awful.
