The front staff and vet assistants are awful. They were very rude to us and did not know what they were talking about when answering questions. Instead of just saying ""I don't know"" or ""Ask the vet"", they gave us wrong made-up answers. The vet we had seemed really nice and we really like her. However, everything was done 'in the back room' where we couldn't see anything they were doing. Our cat seemed traumatized for a couple of days after the event. All we needed were a couple of vaccines and a check up. When we asked for a health certificate to travel, they assured us that they would give us one for traveling. However, they forgot to give us one. We went back to pick one up and then they said that it was against the law to give us one at that time (only a couple of days later). They made us have another appointment to get one. They screwed up and then wanted to charge us for another appointment when our cat was just seen a couple of days earlier. This place wasted our time- we were so very disappointed and will not return again.
