Last year at this time I lost my Mom a long time resident and mall business ower in San Clemente. Her health caused us to brring her closer to our home. She had a contract for cremation that had been accepted by them. I called 5 days before she died to confirm the contract. When we finally were able to meet he refused to horor the contract. He avoided us and ignored our calls. His comment when we did meet ""LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN COOK UP!"" Just the beginning of the nightmare his errors and poor service caused.
