The food was very good. It is a shame that the service and our situation was handled so poorly by the manager Bob. What started out as a good evening turned out to be a very frustrating experience. Once we received our check the waitress did not come back. We actually had to find someone so we could pay our bill. We had a coupon for $5 off. It appeared that the only person with authority to take the coupon off was the manager. The girl looked all over for him for almost 10 min. She got frustrated and handed our check back to the original waitress .She then proceeded to continue to look for the mangager and again couldn't find him for another 5-10 min. When he finally appeared HE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE OR SAY ONE WORD TO US. It was almost 50-55 min from the time we received our check until the time our bill got paid. I called a few days later to report the incident Bob told me to call Harry in the morning. I have called THREE times to speak to Harry. I was told he would return my call and he would receive the messsage. I have yet to get a call. So if you have a problem with the restaurant do not expect them to care. more
