Chris really disappointed me in post service follow-up. The number of hours billed for a fairly simple task was stunning, but I can't prove they fraudulently billed without further research. What I can prove is that when the boat ran worse after their ""thorough"" inspection and ""tune-up"" and they were completely unwilling to take responsibility and fix the situation. In fact, they were just rude after the bill had been paid. I recommend avoiding this shop if you have a choice.
