Bought a new Shindaiwa T141 Weedeater there in late 2010. The weedeater became hard to start 6 months later. Each time I took the weedeater in the service clerk would adjust the carb so it would run but it wouldn't start again after it cooled off. I went in several times until the weedeater wouldn't even start when they tried to adjust the carb. It has been a month since they accepted the unit for repair. They have been telling me lies whenever I contact them. They are waiting on a carb, they can't fix it and don't know why it won't run, they are waiting for the Shindaiwa Rep to come in on Tuesday and they will call me Tuesday. They never keep their promises. After waiting a month, now they have started the deception cycle again. Now they say they have a carb and will install it yesterday and call me. Never called.
