My fiance and I discovered this place through my mother and father. It's where she purchased her dress 20 years ago and so we decided to check it out. If I could somehow create a time machine, I would go back, read the reviews, and pick somewhere else to get my dress!!! The service started out okay, nothing spectacular, but normal. As soon as my father finished paying off the dress, things took a 180. I called up about a month before my wedding to inquire about getting a fitting from someone who works through them and needed her number. I was greeted by a very rude shop owner who constantly cut me off, was unbelievably sarcastic and before I was even done talking (I was incredibly polite the whole time) was rudely hung up on!!! My fiance then calls up, because by this time, I am in tears, and asks why the man is so rude. He tells him we are picking up my dress and going somewhere else with our business. The guy then proceeds to hang up on my fiance!
So today, my fiance, father and I show up to pick up my dress and have a word with the guy...It started out fine and I got my dress. As soon as he handed it over, my dad calmly asks the man why he was so rude. The guy denies it ever happened and CLAIMS THAT ALL OF HIS CUSTOMER LOVES HIM!!!! (What do you ladies who wrote bad reviews on here think of this?) So that's when I pull out a list of horrible reviews people wrote and throw it on his messy, unorganized ""counter"". People love your service? Really?

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. You would be better off going anywhere else!!!!!!
The one plus was the lady that worked there, shes an older african american and very sweet and helpful. I feel sorry she has to work with that jerk!
