I was very disappointed this morning. I went to the Drive-thru to pick up an Egg McMuffin meal & 12 Sausage Biscuits & Hash Browns to bring to the office.\r \r There were not any hash browns or jelly in the bag, when I got to my office.\r \r I tried to call (210-822-4714) numerous times, and couldn't get through. \r \r It sounded like a fax machine answered or the line was busy. Finally, someone answered. She said ""Mc Donald's"", then the fax ""tone"" started. I waited for over ten minutes with the line still open. I could hear them, but no one ever tried to answer. more
