Rude! 4/18/2012

Well, thanks for making me feel bad Dr Phillip. You have lots of knowledge, but you don't want to share it with your patients? My four year old daughter saw you in Sept. 2011 for Alopecia, you stood by the door way, did not fully come in the room, I didn't get to ask questions, you left with in five minutes. Your receptionist was extremely rude also, she talked to me like I was stupid, because I didn't not fill out the paperwork like she wanted. I wanted to think that you both had a bad day, and that you both didn't mean to be so rude. Plus, I liked the fact you didn't agree with putting such harsh creams and ointments on my daughters head for her alopecia like the previous docs had done. Your suggestion of putting vit D on, was a refreshing idea. However, when I had called later, yes I guess I wanted to long to call back for the strength of vit D, all I got was extreme rudeness! You denied you had mentioned putting vit D on, and you said you never suggest that to anyone, and that you don't see patients with Alopecia Areata, which is odd, because I never said what type she had. So for you to say you didn't see her, wasn't accurate because, if that was so, how could you know what type she has w/o having seen her? Or without me telling you? What's the point of being a doctor if you aren't willing to share your experience and wisdom? Or do you have something against patience who are on DSHS? Or mother's who to appear to be young? My daughter and I were very quiet at your office, did what we were told, brought everything we were suppose to. I feel discriminated. more
