Poor Customer Service 4/28/2012

I placed an internet order with this company with the intent of receiving some covert casual shirts to wear during my cross-country trip to Oregon. Order was placed on April 16, 2012 at 4:33 PM, the web page populated my order and informed me the order had been received by the company. My account was charged $192.82, however, in the days following this transaction I had not received a status update. I called the (908)509-1244 three times during the following week, leaving messages with the order number and my contact information requesting an update. The company did not reply to my messages. I responded by sending emails to bandronline@gmail and still did not receive a response. I called (908)852-4808 on 4/28/2012 and finally spoke with a customer service representative named Karen who checked on the order and informed me an item was on back order and I should receive my order next week. This customer service is unnaceptable. 12-twelve days had passed after original transaction and the only correspondence I had is confirmation the order was received and my account was charged. I would highly recommend purchasing items from another company that responds to phone calls and emails which is standard operating procedure for successful companies. more
