The BBQs Galore that I worked with is a very different store from the one described by previous reviewers. The manager is new and they have built a new team in the past year, according to an email I received from Laura, the store director, in response to my thank you email for their amazing customer service. I ordered an XL Big Green Egg for my husband as his wedding gift from me. I had a very special request for it to be delivered to our house (where all the guys were getting ready) on our Wedding day, on a Saturday. I called a few other stores as well, and none of them were willing to do this for me. They even let me send them a note for my husband so they could tape it to the Big Green Egg upon arrival. It was absolutely perfect and my husband was so happy and surprised...and better yet, all his guy friends were there which made it even better. The delivery team let me pass them off to the best man to coordinate delivery time, and it was a piece of cake. Everyone in the store was so excited for the special gift and delivery, and you can tell it's a group of people that genuinely care about people, not just a sale. And on top of ALL that, they even worked with me on the price since I had found the XL BGE cheaper at another store, but I was so impressed by their customer service, I really wanted to go through them. They were so considerate of the special circumstances around the delivery...they couldn't have been better to work with!
