Johnny Johnson does the best cut I've ever had. He doesn't rush, and is persnickety about getting everything cut just right. I've gone to him for years, and have never been disappointed. The haircuts grow out well because the hair is cut properly. Plus, he is nice as can be and I've never seen him in a bad mood.
