I booked my son's bday party at the Benbrook Stables Cantina in March 2012. The horses were 20 minutes late because they were on a trailride. The female owner tried to kick us out of the cantina early because she booked the cantina at 3pm and our party was scheduled to end at 3pm. She leaves no time in between for clean up and set up. One of the horses collapsed while a little girl was riding on it. The propane tank was empty. She threatened me with physical violence. The stables requires you to pay the balance in cash prior to the party beginning and then threatened not to give us what we paid for. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Buisiness Bureau (BBB) I am hoping to save some family the frustration and hassel that we went through.
