Nice sales presentation for a new tub insert and surround, but for an estimated he just scratched a number on a piece of paper. He kept lowering it with "specials" they had going on. I've seen that plenty of time before, but what I found strange was no detailed explaination of the cost. I've seen alot of estimates before and always had a detailed explaination. This was very car salesman like and very creepy. When my wife and I said we needed time to think about it the high pressure sales tactics came out. When we said we weren't going to commit right now for about the fifth time he just went silent and packed his stuff up. He left us no literature, no written estimate, not even a card. I'm sure if you don't get the estimate IN WRITTING it's definetly not good for 12 months. Thanks but no thanks Sidex. BTW the estimate was definetly to high for the product and service offered.
