We have been living in a Campagna Property for over a year now and I am shocked at how quickly complaints and repairs are handled!
Any time we have had issues (ants, plumbing, lawn care, appliance repair) I can email Anthony and get a response back within an hour or so on what the next steps are and what I should expect! Even after hours and on weekends.
We originally moved here from a rental property where the landlord would take a MONTH to take action on anything we needed repaired.... this company handles its self very efficiently.
Reading through the below comments that had nothing good to say about Anthony and his team made me a bit angry. The Campagna group has MANY properties in the area and are managing homes that are mostly owned by other people. The owners are the ones that would drag out the process and hold up repairs. A lot of the time it is the owners who get to make the call on estimates for repairs or replacements that need to be done.
There is a process for everything and it all boils down to attitude. Going in angry will just start the ball rolling in the wrong direction. No one wants to deal with inconvenience.. but accepting and understanding how things are going to be handled is how to move forward.
Anthony has given me details on what, when, and how things will be handled every time we have had an issue. The problem is usually fixed within 24 hours and the companies they have employed to fix our issues have always been kind, courteous, and fast!
