Do your research, read the Yelp reviews, contact people that have used them. There is so much that everyone should know about them! Jackie and Sharon have inflicted great pain and caused immeasurable damage to our family. Their report of 69 pages was made up of biased opinions and lies. They immediately took to my husbands ex-wife and stuck by her side the entire time. We had inches of documented facts and she had none. She had given our son alcohol at age 8 and Jackie wrote it in the report as if was a normal ok thing for a mother to do. Our teenage daughter told them how her mother had abused her for her entire life and Jackie said that our daughter was lying. They are supposed to be protecting kids not hurting them! Right after the evaluation was over, my husbands ex turned to doing all the things that our daughter had told them she would. Our sweet 9 year old son visited them 2 times. The first time that he visited he told them the truth. The Mother coerced him into to lying on the 2nd visit where he changed his mind all of the sudden and Jackie and Sharon didn't even see through it. In fact, they based their whole decision on what a 9 year old said in a 1 hour visit. The ex had no proof of any of her lies. We had proof of everything. She had abused this family for too many years and had lost custody of both children in a prior evaluation. Jackie and Sharon wouldn't read or consider all that the other evaluator and psyche eval said. Finally they took this boy from his biological sister (he had been with her his entire life), and 4 step siblings (with whom he had been with for almost 3 years) and just handed him over to his Mother. He was completely distraught and wanted to see the judge. He has been alienated from our family by this woman and is in a dark place. He has all kinds of psychological problems and when we see him (once a month for a weekend) he breaks down and tells us of the abuse he is encountering. We are now having to go back to court to try to get him back. The lies that Sharon and Jackie put in the eval report are horrible and we have to defend more than we should ever have to. Our teenager has now gotten her own attorney to fight against the recommendation handed down by Jackie and Sharon. It is all such a mess! And unfortunately there are 6 kids that are suffering from this. Jackie and Sharon are obviously biased toward mothers, no matter what the issues are. They make their decision to take sides immediately and disregard anything to the contrary. We too were charged and extra amount of money to finish the report. And talk about unprofessional....th e first eval report that we got didn't even have the right names in it! It was like they just cut and pasted it from a previous report!!!! Please if you have been given the names of these two, don't consider it if you want your children protected! They are horrible at what they do. I agree with the above reviews. Sharon and Jackie should lose their licenses for what they have done to these families. I'm sure there are many more that have been affected by them.
