Maybe it's just the vacuum in this city for good pizza, but Bennedito's flat out sucks. After 4 times in the last 4 months, I've finally realized it. After every order from this place I say I'll never do it again... this time it's the truth. The crust is soggy and flavorless, the toppings are average at best, and the only memorable part of the sauce is the spice... in fact, it seems like the sauce is spicy to accommodate for the lack of ANY other flavor.
High prices, poor food, and even worse customer service. The girl answering the phone at the South Hill location literally acts like she's doing you a favor by taking your order. It's pathetic.
Maybe one day Spokane will have a decent thin-crust pizza joint, until then, go to Famous Ed's... at least until David's comes back on it's own.
