The owners of Hilltop Loans are the sons of a man who owned a lot of property in the area and left it to his boys. These guys don't like blacks. Why are they there? They should have sold-out a long time ago. Instead they waited patiently for the neighborhood to turn white again, just like in the good really old days. If you are a minority check out other establishments before you sell or pawn your stuff there. Chances are they won't be making you any deals anyway.
