I went here upon a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for an engagement ring and did not want to do to jeweler's row. It was a costly mistake going to Randoph's. Unless you have a lot of money don't expect quality service. Randy and his staff are rude and condescending, and did not follow my instructions. The ring made was not what we discussed. Extremely poor service. I went to another Jeweler, and immediately saw the difference in customer service. I ended up getting a much higher quality ring for the same price.
