I was greeted at the door quickly and seated quickly but that is where any goods news about this place ends. I asked for a shellac polish (which was $20, just for the polish did not include a mani), she asked me 3 times if I wanted a mani with it, but I kept refusing. The only difference between the mani and just the polish was the lotion ""massage"". When she took off the old shellac she soaked both my hands in one tiny bowl, she scraped the crap out of my nails and used a drill to remove the rest of it, which ridged the crap out of my nails. Then she used a course file to shape them into a shape I did not want, which made my nails even shorter. Then rushed me through the gel process. My nails chipped with in days, not weeks. Usually the shellac lasts for close to two weeks and it usually doesn't chip it just wears down on the tips because I type all day. Worst service ever!!!!! The only reason there is one star is because it wont allow me to rate it zero.
