I took my cat there when she was injured on her paw at first they were very kind and did save her life. however this was back in november its now february. Her paw was then scraped of its skin and is still not healing, they constantly wrap it bandages and the actual vet couldn't be bothered he was taking his evening naps. Today i went again and the attitude i was given when asking a few questions was horrid. First of all you can't even understand a word that comes out of their mouths but they called me "ungrateful", saying "I'm the best no one is better", "no apperication", and also called my grandmother "moody" when she said she didn't understand. the way they treated us is just dispicable. They then told us to get a second opinion so i did that same day and was told it should have been aired out and the other vet had to fight to get her records cause they did not want to release them so when they did it was a letter ! they do not keep records, the place is a mess. it's time they reti
