This was supposed to be a "day care" and yet I had an experience of complete negligence of care. I took my dog here daily for about 7 months, until one day I picked her up and she was foaming at the mouth. She could barely walk she was so sick. Apparently they are not paying attention to the dogs or the staff is that incompetent. Their website says they offer a "carefree guarantee" that your dog will receive free vet service if they get ill or injured at doggie daycare. When I picked her up I was so shocked no one took her to their on-site vet, let alone attempted to call me. When the vet saw her the staff had the audacity to try to charge me for the visit. I will never take my dog here again, my dog was ill for over a week. The staff took no responsibility for the care of my dog. I will never take my dog back here again, and will never recommend anyone put their dog's livelihood in the hands of their care, or lack thereof.
