I loved Anjeno's pizza until the night of February 3rd, 2012. I ordered a pizza at 9:38PM, my usual, and they person taking my order told me my pizza would be here in 45 minutes, and on a Friday night that was not a problem. At 10:40PM the delivery driver called me to ask me how to get to my address, even though I was about 7 minutes away from Anjeno's. I was told by the delivery driver that my address was not showing up in his GPS, even though I have had numerous pizza's delived to my house in the past. After I told him how to get ot my house, he said thast he would be here in 5 minutes. At 10: 50PM..about10 minutes later I called Anjeno's and talked to the Manager Tyler and asked what was going on? He was not at all apologetic, he could not tell me when my pizza would be here, all he could say is that my pizza would be here shortley. Tyler also said that you are getting your pizza for free, what else do you want??? So, now 15 more minutes go by and no pizza so I call the delivery driver to ask where my pizza is. At 11:05, I talked to the delivery driver Danny and asker how much longer, he said he does not know because he had to make 4 prior deliveries. I then asked him how long had my pizza been in your car and he said 30 minutes. I told him that is absolutely ridiculous and that it is cold. Danny, the driver told me that if you are going to complain about your pizza being in my car for 30 minutes then I am not going to deliver to you. I then said ok, I will talking to the owner on Monday. Terrible service and apparently I cannot talk to anyone besides Tyler until Monday when the owner gets in. Who in their right minds would let someone who speaks as though they have been smoking POT manage their business??? Will be talking to the owner on Monday to see if he is aware of the people who are running his business and what kind of customer service they are providing. I will also run a full page ad in the Star Tribune about the terrible service from Anjeno's Brooklyn Park, thank goodness I get a discount because that is my place of employment.
