We went to get my fiance's wedding dress dry cleaned here, they told us monday at 5:00 pm. We called to make sure it was done they then told us tuesday at 5:00, so she went in there, not supposed to be done until 6:00. However they did get the dress completely clean. If you have extra time to spare they're good, just don't expect it to be done on time.
