TERRIBLE!
Floyd's assistant Marcie shared my personal financial information with others as she did with my friend who I had recommended to them. This unethical sloppy office cost me thousands of dollars as a result of their devious behavior. When confronted with this information Floyd stopped responding to my e-mails. I would NEVER do business with them and strongly suggest that NO ONE ever think of using them for any matter what so ever if you value your privacy and identity.
