My parents purchased their wedding rings at Jay's twenty-eight years ago. I can not begin to describe the marvelous service they have received thus far. I have since purchased a diamond heart pendant necklace as well as several other necklaces at Jay???s. We would never trust anyone else to clean and refurbish our jewelry. We were very sad to see Jay and Ceilia move back to Israel, but their son Mark has since kept up Jay???s legacy.
