Much like summers222, I made a purchase of two pillows at the outlet. I brought them home and decided I wanted a different version of the exact same pillows. When I went to exchange the pillows (I didn't have the receipt) I was rudely told the same thing - no, they couldn't help me; no, it wasn't possible to exchange for the exact same pillow/same price but different version; and no, there was nothing that could be done to help me. Yes, I should have had the receipt which is totally my fault, but really? It's more important to follow a store policy rather than satisfy a customer?
