I always pay our rent on time, fix little/minor things on my own, and keep my home clean. But my heat has been broken for over two weeks. Howard takes days to respond to my calls/e-mails and even then doesn't seem to care.
If I could give negative stars, I totally would. He also glosses over lots of things about neighbors and apartment issues (we asked before we signed) to get you to sign a contact. I regret ever signing a lease with Howard as the manager.
