Went to Dr Kim for my teeth cleaning. I never have had a problem with the insurance paying until now. After many phone calls to the office to talk to them and ask them why there was no explicit answer that gave any reason why they did not pay. They seemed to be more interested in getting paid than resolving why the insurance did not pay or a willingness for them to explore more. After the conversations with there office staff and there refusal to let me discuss the situation with Dr Kim I have decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of dentist in the Vancouver area with which to chose. I would not recommend anyone to go thru this, and therefor I would not recommend as a dentist of choice.
