I go to this panera multiple times a week as i work at vanderbilt childrens hospital right next door. the service is always perfect and the staff is wonderful. every morning without fail i am greeted by Lolita at the drive thru window. she is so nice, always polite, cheerful and gets the order right everytime! Actually starts my mornings off so nice to be greeted by someone so sweet! I recently went through the drive thru for dinner and once home, realized my order was wrong. I called and spoke with the manager, Rusty, who told me next time i come through to reorder my meal and it would be on the house! A week later i returned and the man at the drive thru had heard of me and was ready to prepare my reimbursed meal. rusty greeted me at the window. I had asked for a soup to be added to my order and he refused to take my money for that as well. he said if they mess up they want to correct it! i was so amazed at this rare customer service that i had to come home and write this review! This store is wonderful!
