I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and have always been impressed by the way the staff treated us, but the other day I saw something that really impressed me. The owner of the pharmacy spent so much time explaining insurance issues to an older customer. I assumed she must be a regular customer and after she left and I commented on how nice and concerned he was and that it was great that someone treats their customers that way, he told me that he had never met the lady before and that she gets her medications at CVS but they wouldn't help her out. WOW!! That is customer service.
