We took our lawnmower in for tune up and repair. The person who wrote up the order for our mower kept saying that its a 4 cycle engine, when it is a 2 cycle engine. They called us to say that it was completely dead, and we needed a new lawnmower, because it would cost more to repair than it was worth. They wanted to sell us a new one and would give us a $15.00 credit towards it if we purchased it that day. We went and picked up our dead mower, brought it back home, changed out the old gasoline and it is working perfectly fine. They charge $35.00 just to look at it. We will NEVER use them again.
