We had an Audi that needed a repair ASAP, and while the dealership couldn't get us in for a couple of weeks, I found ECL on the internet by chance and when I called they invited me to come in right away. Not only were they courteous, they maintained communication with me and kept me updated on the repairs at all times. They had to order parts and everything, yet I got the car back in two days time. It was going to take a little longer, but they personally travelled to pick up a part themselves to speed up the process because they knew i needed the car back asap. Thank you again Matthew! We will take our car back there without hesitation, and I recommend this place to anyone who wants great service! Definitely go check them out.
