I can easily tell that my dog had a wonderful time! He was always very somber when I picked him up from other boarding facilities. But after staying a week with the very nice employees and clean facilities, he seemed very calm and happy. I was given a report card informing me of his progress each day. I was able to customize his stay to my liking; i.e. extra walks and a bath before I picked him up. I was very pleased with the experience. And I appreciated the General Manager taking an interest in my experience by sending me a personal email. I highly recommend this place!
