!!!!ALERT!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!Let me start by saying I am in the customer service business and I realize dealing with the public is not easy. With that being said you know that dealing with the public can be a challenge so you do what you need to ensure customer satisfaction, for with out CUSTOMERS you have no BUSINESS!!! This company will charge you for cleaning services and will not clean your home. They will only dust the front of your furniture as well as only cleaning your shower glass and not your shower. They deserve lower than one star, their manager Steve Yun is the most horrible manager and customer service representative I have ever came across.
