Their service is horrible. I bought my appliance from them 3 years ago and already ran into problems. The repair man was rude and when I asked how much he said, ""I don't know, around a hundred something."" When I called to complain, even the manager was rude. My whole family has bought every appliance for years from this company....never again. They just lost MANY costumers.
