I was very disappointed with my experience at Crimson. I had a cut and color with Jen about a month ago. I took in several photos to discuss ideas. After a few minutes we decided on the cut and color plan. I left feeling very underwhelmed. The color was off and I wasn't happy with the cut. After living with it for a few days I decided to give Crimson a call and see what could be done. When I went in, my stylist Jen was a bit off putting and insisted that the cut and color was exactly what we had discussed. She offered to shape it up a bit and she gave me some Bumble and Bumble shampoo samples... That was it. I won't be returning to Crimson and I don't recommend it.
