Since I moved to Houston in 2008, I've had about 10 experiences with Greenway, and I feel like I've been treated fairly. Initially, I purchased a ""new to me"" vehicle, and over the past 4 years, I've visited the Service & Parts Departments quite a few times. I have been the most impressed with Mark Keilty in Sales & Derek Hightower in Service. Being a woman, I'm hyper sensitive to people trying to take advantage of my lack of negotiation & mechanical skills, and I've consistently found that both Mark & Derek are very respectful of my comfort levels to present a ""no pressure"" sales approach. Yes, I've found that the dealer is easily 20% more than other German repair shops, but these guys really seem to know what they're doing...and the loaner car option helps, too. : )
