I wish I could recommend this post office as being helpful, friendly, and professional but sadly I cannot. I have seen postal workers be rude to people in line and I have personally been offended by a postal worker over the phone. I understand that their profession may be stressful but it is a ""customer service"" profession. It is very sad and disappointing to hear that our postal system is having a lot of problems nationally but I understand why many people choose to use other methods of sending mail. Not all postal worker's are unprofessional and many do a good job of giving good customer service. I choose to go to the post office in Helotes ( it is actually closer to my home) and they have always been helpful, friendly and professional. I wish I belonged to this location instead of the Richland Hills location. Since I technically belong to the Richland Hills office, I will probably have to receive certain services from them and I will be dreading it every time:(
