- I was quoted wrong when I booked my reservation. $125 + 20% = $150. Not $155.
- The limo driver showed up an hour early, telling me he was told to be there at 5:30, which was wrong, even though the voice mail he left me shows that he knew the correct time.
- I was asked if I wanted to driver to text or call me when he arrived, I said text message please. He called.
- The birthday balloon was pink with butterflies and smiley faces. I told them many times that I was planning this for my fiance and that it was his birthday. What 22 year old male wants a pink balloon! Yes, it's only a balloon but it was still an important detail.
- The limo driver was pulled over 10-15 minutes into our limo ride and we sat there for 20 minutes with two cop cars behind us.
- I was told I would get a gift certificate for a future limo reservation, but I did not receive one that evening.
- I was also told that I would get the gratuity refunded to me because of everything that went wrong but now the company is not going to pay me back.
Please pay attention to details, they're very important sometimes.

* Even though the details of the evening were wrong, the company has done what they can to help our situation. They refunded the gratuity of $25 back to me and have sent me the gift certificate that I was supposed to receive. The certificate was for a free hour, which was nice. I'm glad they took the time to make things better
