This is a terrible company. They are completely rude, unprofessional, and not courteous at all. The movers cared not at all about the important move day but only about their personal agendas. All they care about is one thing – shoving your stuff into the truck and getting to their next stop. Forget if you have any fragile materials – they will just throw everything together and care not a bit for any pleading urges to be careful. Furthermore, Arnoff lied about what was to be crated – we were promised many more crates than we received, paid for the extra crates, and did NOT get them. Naturally, IMPORTANT THINGS WERE BROKEN. Lastly, the complete lack of communication was absurd – the movers had no idea what to do when they got to our house. The person that quotes the move for you does not talk to the movers at all. You are left COMPLETELY IN THE DARK for the entire move. \r
I urge you to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It was a disaster using them and a headache the entire time. Don’t listen to the glowing reviews on their website – trust reviews like this that display the true MISTAKE of using this company. \r
