Purchased vehicle on November 12, 2011. Noticed a hole in the roof prior to sale. I was told that vandals knocked the XM antenna off of the truck. I was assured that I would be provided a replacement antenna and that it would be included in the sales paperwork. Made many attempts to call and email about the status of the antenna during the next 4 months. More than half of these attempts went unanswered. When I did get an answer, I was told they would take care of it soon. I finally received a unit on March 13 of 2012 that was broken. I notified them of this. They promptly sent me a fake antenna that adheres with tape and won't even keep water out of the hole. According to the sales agreement, I am to receive a replacement antenna, not a fake plastic housing. They also botched the title paperwork twice, forcing me to apply for a title that denotes that the odometer reading was not accurate. The truck also required about 1400 dollars of repairs for an existing problem with the steering system after i was told that they have a mechanic who verifies the mechanical integrity of their automobiles. The truck was missing the towing hitch and was installed at their cost since the truck was advertised as having a ""towing package"".
