For $150 I would expect an excellent cut, great color and to at least be asked if I am happy with my hair at the end of it all. I received none of the above. I don't want to go back to waste my time to even have my hair fixed. I asked for blonde highlights - not a strange shade of orange. And she said she had to straighten my hair in order to see if the cut was even - a VERY BAD sign. I lovetheir Aveda products but sadly, they don't know how to use them.
