My husband and I have been members at the RAC for about 4 months. Previously, we had memberships at 24-Fitness and the YMCA. We looked into Gold's gym as well, but it felt too commercial, not too mention the membership person we talked to was frankly a rude kid and the prices were more expensive!
The RAC has a nice mix of members, is extremely clean (almost spa-like), a fantastic mix of up-to-date equipment and the best part of all, a variety of classes to choose from with energetic/non-intimidating instructors.
Highly recommend, you do get what you pay for. Tip: if you're from the Redmond area, look in the Value Pak for periodic discounts on membership rates, we scored a fantastic deal for free initiation + 2 months free.
