Seeing the other reviews here, I want to say that (1) one is not for this community at all, and (2) one is from 2007 and fairly accurate for its time (over-priced condos) except I don't think MV is shoddily built, and after living here now for about 6 years, I've never heard anything from my neighbors that I'd be embarrassed about hearing. (you can hear the water rush through the pipes when a toilet is flushed sometimes). If you like trees, hills, a nice walk to the river or to the top of a hill where you can see downtown, you might like it here. Not easy access to stores without a car, and no buses come here.
