I purchase at auction houses all over the world and King Galleries has proven to be the least professional that I have encountered. Most recently, I purchased a painting whose size they listed at 40 x 33 inches. It turned out to be only 32 x 25 inches. 40 x 33 was the frame size, not the canvas. They obviously don't know what they are doing in the art and antique world.
Most auction houses process about 80 lots per hour. They manage to do only about 30, milking each bid for every drop.
They may have good inventory, but buy at your own risk or go someplace else!
